1. Definitions and Interpretations

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on uuujl, accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and uuujl.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Restrictions

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

uuujl reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification cards, passports, birth certificates, or other acceptable forms of identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds, winnings, or bonuses.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be subject to any legal disability, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or participating in online gaming activities.

3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of uuujl services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is not legal in all jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful. By using our services, you confirm that online gambling is legal in your location and that you are not accessing uuujl from a jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on uuujl, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with uuujl. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple accounts use different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details. Detection of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses in those accounts, and possible legal action.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it.

You agree to immediately notify uuujl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available. uuujl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.4 Account Verification

uuujl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during your relationship with us. This may include copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), proof of payment method ownership, or other documents necessary to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Verification procedures comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documentation is provided. Accounts that fail to complete verification within requested timeframes may be suspended or closed at uuujl's discretion.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your uuujl account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other payment processors accepted on our platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified in the cashier section. Deposit limits may vary based on payment method, account status, and verification level.

Funds deposited into your account must originate from legitimate sources that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are prohibited. uuujl reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified payment methods or to request additional documentation proving payment method ownership.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be initiated through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures and anti-money laundering checks. First-time withdrawals typically require full account verification before processing. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but generally range from 24 to 72 hours for approved requests.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. uuujl reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

5.3 Fees and Charges

uuujl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment processor may impose their own transaction fees. Any third-party fees are your sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply when transacting in currencies other than your account's base currency.

5.4 Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. uuujl reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. You will be notified before any fees are applied and may avoid these charges by logging in or contacting customer support to reactivate your account.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

uuujl offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and typically cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotion terms.

uuujl reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and promotional benefits if we determine that bonus terms have been breached, abused, or exploited. This includes but is not limited to irregular betting patterns, simultaneous play of conflicting games, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any strategy designed to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.

Bonuses are offered at uuujl's sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Users who engage in bonus abuse may be permanently banned from receiving future promotions and may have their accounts closed.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games on the uuujl platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are available for review within each game's information section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, uuujl's interpretation of the rules shall be final and binding.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG algorithms that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time and outcomes are determined by physical actions of trained dealers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or system error that affects game outcomes, all affected bets may be voided, and stakes returned to players. uuujl is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

You agree to play fairly and not employ any techniques, strategies, or devices designed to defraud uuujl or other players. This includes collusion, bot usage, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any form of cheating. Detection of fraudulent play will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuujl platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your actual location
• Depositing funds from sources other than payment methods registered in your own name
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes through the platform
• Colluding with other players or using bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the uuujl platform
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful gaming
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action. uuujl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the uuujl platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, are the exclusive property of uuujl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use uuujl services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the uuujl platform without our express written permission.

The uuujl name, logo, and branding elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of uuujl trademarks or any confusingly similar marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uuujl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

uuujl provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of uuujl services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred pesos (₱100), whichever is greater.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of uuujl services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration applicable in the Philippines. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Manila, Philippines. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

12. Termination and Suspension

uuujl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, irregular betting patterns, or at our sole discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and wagering requirements. uuujl is not obligated to maintain closed accounts or preserve account data beyond legally required retention periods.

Upon termination for cause, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease. uuujl may retain any funds, winnings, or bonuses in suspended or terminated accounts if termination resulted from violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
